When will the expositions be held?
The Nagoya exposition will be held over three days from Wednesday, July 16 to Friday, July 18, 2025. The event will be held from 10:00 to 17:00 on all three days (16th, 17th, and 18th).
ONLINE STAGE 2 will be held on Online Exposition Website from Wednesday, July 9 to Wednesday, July 30, 2025. -
Please tell me the admission procedure.
<Please make sure to register for your visit in advance.>
For Visitors: After completing the pre-registration on this site, open the "Admission Pass" from the URL attached to the email, print it out in color on A4 size paper, and bring it with you.
Place it in the clear folder provided at the venue and let the QR code on the "Admission Pass" be scanned.
For Exhibitors: Please refer to the exhibitor's manual for details. (The exhibitor's manual is scheduled to be released around March 2025.) -
What are the fees for entering the venues or visiting the expositions?
The exposition is free of charge for visitors.

Can groups pre-register online?
Group applications will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
We ask that visitors come to the venues as individuals. -
Where should I check for lost items at the venue?
During the event, if you lose or find an item, please ask the Exhibition Management Office.
After the event, please contact Aichi Sky Expo. -
Is photography permitted at the venues?
Unless otherwise stated, photography is permitted at the venues.
However, it may be restricted in some areas.
These areas will be clearly signposted. Visitors should follow these signs or ask the exhibitor for confirmation.
Photographs and videos taken at the event may not be used for commercial purposes.
(Except for news reports, articles, personal use, and publication in in-house PR magazines.)
